With the Future Plan Safe Sport, dsj, DOSB and their member organizations have decided on an overall strategy for ten years to address protection systematically and convincingly against violence in sport. Both the dsj main committee in October 2023 and the DOSB general meeting in December 2023 unanimously approved this overall strategy.

The future plan sets goals in all areas of prevention, intervention and recovery that are to be achieved in organized sport over the next ten years. These include, among other things: the clarification of responsibilities and responsibilities in sports associations and clubs, the role and task description for contact persons as well as the qualification for safe and responsible behavior, for example in the training of trainers and officials.
